5. Amber AI — Additional Notice 

Amber AI is a client-facing AI coaching tool operated by Social Friends Pty Ltd. It is delivered via Telegram and powered by third-party AI technology. 


When you use Amber AI, please be aware that: 

  • Amber AI is accessed through Telegram. Telegram’s own privacy policy governs how that platform handles your data. 

  • Conversations and inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. 

  • A free 7-day trial is available. During the trial and any paid subscription, your account data (including usage and contact information) is managed within our systems. 

  • We do not store or sell your conversation content. However, third-party AI providers may process inputs in order to generate responses, subject to their own terms. 

  • Amber AI is designed to provide general guidance and coaching support. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Third-Party Platforms 

We use a range of third-party platforms to operate our business, including: 

  • CRM and automation platforms such as GoHighLevel 

  • payment processors such as Stripe and GoCardless 

  • accounting software such as Xero 

  • advertising platforms such as Meta Ads 

  • AI and automation tools 


Your data may be stored, processed, or transmitted via these platforms. Each platform operates under its own terms and policies. We do not control how these third parties handle your data. 

7. Offshore Disclosure 

Due to the nature of our services, your information may be accessed by our team and contractors located outside Australia, including in the Philippines. 


By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred and accessed overseas, that those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws, and that we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate handling but cannot guarantee compliance with all foreign laws.

We may use cookies and tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyse website performance, and support advertising and remarketing campaigns (including via Meta Ads). You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.
