Client relationships & services

Using this website does not create a client relationship.

A formal client relationship with Social Friends only exists once:

A written service agreement is entered into, and
Fees are agreed to and paid

All services, fees, notice periods, replacement terms, buy-out clauses, and support arrangements are governed by the relevant signed agreement between you and Social Friends.

Independent contractors

Virtual Assistants introduced, supported, or matched through Social Friends operate as independent contractors.

Virtual Assistants are not employees, agents, or representatives of Social Friends. Social Friends provides recruitment, onboarding, and support services only.

Clients are responsible for:

Day-to-day task allocation and management
Providing clear instructions, SOPs, and expectations
Ensuring their own compliance with applicable business, tax, and employment laws

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, downloads, frameworks, systems, and resources, is owned by or licensed to Social Friends unless otherwise stated.
