By using Amber AI, you acknowledge that:
Amber AI is delivered via Telegram and powered by third-party AI technology
a free 7-day trial (100 messages, no credit card required) may be available before any paid subscription
responses are generated using artificial intelligence technology and not by a human advisor
responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or general in nature
you are responsible for how you interpret and apply any information provided
conversation data may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses
Amber AI and any AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and support purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, taxation, HR, medical, psychological, compliance, or other professional advice.
5. Third-Party Platforms
We use third-party platforms, cloud systems, automation software, messaging services, hosting providers, and AI systems to operate our business. 8. Intellectual Property

You grant Social Friends Pty Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, use, store, process, and reproduce this content solely for the purpose of delivering services and operating our systems.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all pre-existing intellectual property belonging to either party remains their property.
9. Independent Contractors
Virtual Assistants engaged through Social Friends operate as independent contractors unless otherwise stated and are not employees of Social Friends Pty Ltd or the client.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all services, AI tools, content, and information are provided “as is” and we make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, performance, revenue, business growth, or suitability for your circumstances.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of revenue, profits, data, business opportunity, reputation, or decisions made based on our content, services, or AI-generated outputs.
11. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this website, Amber AI, or associated systems. Services may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, internet interruptions, AI provider outages, or third-party platform failures.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website, Amber AI, or associated systems, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with systems or security, upload malicious content, or use our services for unlawful purposes
